Yehey diri na ak uwat! haha.. I just recently watched Twilight starring Kristen Stewart as Bella Swann and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen. I'm actually a fan of the book and I'm looking forward to reading New Moon, the next installment of Twilight but unfortunately, no book seems to be available yet. I'm on the waiting list para sa mga hihram ng book... hehe...

But anyway, back to the movie... My classmate Kristyn was lending me a dvd of the movie but at that time, I was preoccupied with a lot of things like organizing the intramurals, xmas party and etc. so I didn't have time yet to watch the movie yet. I told myself that I'll watch it during the xmas break. When my cousins arrived from manila, they were all talking about Twilight movie! I was quite shocked because I thought that they'd find it baduy (especially the guys) but they also watched the movie, and I haven't yet! I was able to relate a bit because I already read the book. But when they started to talk about the scenes and not the story anymore, alas! They found out that I havn't watched the movie yet and they were like "ha?! waray ka pa magkita?!". And I felt like a loser. hehe... That's when I decide to finally watch one of the most talked about movie of the year. At first, since I don't want to spend money on an unclear dvd copy of the movie (that's how kuripot I am, I rarely buy pirated dvds. I'd rather watch a movie on hbo. hehe..), I decided to watch it over the internet. My uncle's secretary gave me a website where I can watch. It was www.anime6.com. The first few parts were ok but the second to the last part wasn't working. I was so frustrated that time. So I decided to download the whole movie itself. I loaded it into my ipod and now, I'm watching it over and over again! Haha! Mission accomplish! My saliva won't dry up anymore if I talk with people who are twilight fanatics as well.

Edward Cullen is every girl's dream! Except for the vampire part. Well, Edward Cullen in my imagination was more handsome than Robert Pattinson but as I watch the movie, I gradually began to like him playing Edward. Kristen Stewart was ok as Bella also. Though I'm a fan of the book, I find Bella's character quite unreasonable... She's willing to give up her humanity to be with someone she loves?! I mean, come on... Would girls in love really do that? If placed in Bella's situatuation will you have that outlook too? I know I won't. I don't care if he's the most beautiful human being in the universe. I certainly agree with Edward that I shouldn't give up my humanity to be a MONSTER. I love myself that much that I won't be willing to sacrifice the species that I belong to right now! haha...
